Where do you ship?

Our home office products (including individual desks, office chairs, and accessories) ship anywhere in the contiguous US via FedEx or UPS. Our commercial products -- including conference tables, benching, and lounge furniture -- ship with White-Glove

When can I expect to receive my order?

We display your expected shipping time on the relevant product page, at checkout and in your order confirmation email. In-stock products ship from one of our four warehouses and arrive anywhere from 2-5 days after an order is placed via FedEx or UPS.

How long does delivery take once my item has shipped?

Once your order leaves our hands, how long it takes depends on where you live and the shipping method you’ve chosen. If your order is eligible for free shipping, you should expect it to arrive within 2-7 business days. Please note that Branch is not

Unfortunately, as we do our best to fulfill your order, we cannot hold any orders to be shipped at a later date. If you are eligible for White Glove delivery you can schedule your delivery date at any time.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

When can I expect my White Glove delivery?

If you've ordered White Glove service, you can expect a notification from our local installation partner in your area to schedule your delivery within 10-15 business days after your order is processed and departs our warehouse.

Split Deliveries

If your order contains several items, we typically wait until your entire order is in stock before shipping it out to ensure one delivery date.

Removal Services

We currently don’t offer haul-away services for old or used furniture as we deliver your new Branch furniture.
