How do I file a warranty claim?

If you're experiencing an issue with a Branch product that you ordered, visit our Warranty Portal and fill out our brief form. We'll get back to you ASAP with a proposed solution!

Is your warranty policy transferable?

Warranty policies are not transferable and are attached to the original purchaser.

What is Clyde Protection?

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

While the vast majority of our orders arrive in pristine condition, damage sometimes occurs when shipping bulky items like furniture through parcel shipping networks. We're so sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged, but rest assured that we'll
