Can I cancel my order?Updated 2 years ago

We do our best to fulfill orders as fast as possible, and often process in-stock orders at our warehouse as soon as they arrive! With this in mind, the window for making changes (including cancellations) is small and cannot be guaranteed. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. 

Once an order is shipped, it is not possible to make changes or cancel the order, but you can initiate a return via our returns portal here.

Unfortunately, we cannot update or change the billing address on an order once it has been placed. However, in most cases, this doesn’t have an impact on the processing of your order. This is for security reasons and to help prevent fraud.
