How can I check my order status?

For residential and home office orders in the US and Canada, you will receive tracking information from our parcel shipping partner (either FedEx or UPS) within the shipping window listed on your confirmation email. 

For white glove orders to residential addresses, you'll receive an email from our local installation partner to schedule a delivery as soon as your order is ready to deliver. Once your order has been processed, you can expect to hear from our partners within 15-20 days.

If your expected shipping date has arrived without a tracking update, feel free to reach out to our Customer Support team and we'll share an update!
