My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

While the vast majority of our orders arrive in pristine condition, damage sometimes occurs when shipping bulky items like furniture through parcel shipping networks. We're so sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged, but rest assured that we'll handle the claims process with our shipping partners and make it right ASAP!

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected], and make sure to share images of the product and packaging so we can figure out what went wrong. We'll then propose a solution to get you working!
