All Branch items shipped within the contiguous United States and Canada can be returned within 30 days as long as the item is in like-new condition with the original packaging and will be subject to the cost of return shipping. To request a return, please reach out to our team at [email protected]

Return Timeline:

  • Returns must be approved by Branch within 30 days of receipt.
  • Once approved, we’ll pass along your pre-paid return shipping label and all the instructions needed to ship back your item.
  • Return shipping labels need to be printed by the customer returning the product and affixed to the original box.
  • Return labels expire after 30 days. If you need more time, please contact us. 
  • Returns are typically inspected and processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.
  • Once we issue the refund, please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be debited back to the original payment method. 
  • If you paid for your order using Affirm, initiate the return with us and you will be refunded by Affirm. Orders paid for through Affirm may also be subject to non-refundable interest. 
  • If you need a pick-up arrangement, please reach out to our team and we can arrange a pick-up for you with local couriers (subject to additional costs)


  • We do not technically offer exchanges on any of our products. 
  • Products can be returned for a refund so that you can repurchase your preferred item or configuration, but we cannot provide a credit towards that new purchase. 

Workplace/Large Corporate Office Orders

  • Please note that orders over 2k will be subject to return shipping costs in addition to a 20% restocking fee.
