If a Freight Forwarder, Off-Site Package Management or Third Party Package Locker is used, the following terms will apply:
Branch won’t be responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods after they’re delivered to the freight forwarder, off-site package management or third party package locker. This means that Branch isn’t able to provide a replacement of, or refund for, any goods delivered to a freight forwarder, off-site package management or third party package locker. You should instruct the freight forwarder, off-site package management or third party package locker to refuse goods that arrive damaged, and goods lost after being received by them will be your responsibility.
Freight Forwarders such as: Fetch Package, Hello Package, etc.
Off-Site Package Managements such as: MyUS.com, etc.
Third Party Package Lockers such as: QikPod, etc.
