Where can I check my order status?Updated a year ago
If your Branch product has not yet shipped, feel free to reference your confirmation email for your most up-to-date shipping estimation. If your order is delayed for any reason, we'll reach out proactively with an update. If for any reason you haven't heard from us and your estimated shipping window has passed, reach out to our Customer Support Team with your order number and we're more than happy to check in on your order status.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking information via email.
