The vast majority of Branch orders ship right on schedule. But we run into delays on occasion, particularly in times of broader supply chain turbulence. If you have received a note from our Customer Support Team regarding a delay with your order, we truly apologize as this isn't how we typically operate!
Rest assured that we always share the most accurate shipping times we can based on the information we receive from our own logistics partners. We'll continue to update you via email until your order ships, but if you haven't heard from us, reach out to Customer Support and we'd be glad to share an update.
You can always cancel an order that has not been processed for a full refund if a delay doesn't work for you.
